Freshly made carbonated water is a great way of adding a splash of theatre to your bar service. For perfect sparkling water, all you need to do is fill the siphon with chilled water (the colder the better), screw on the top, and then screw in a CO2 charger. Shake at least 5 times and you’re ready to serve fresh, cold, sparkling water.
